Terms and conditions 

Welcome to the Noel Wilson Racing Syndicate,

You now own a share of 3.3% in our 2 horse syndicate,

The syndicate will run from Jan 2025 to Jan 2026, with an upfront payment of £250 (cost of horse purchase) and £65 per month from 1st of the following month.(entries, jockey fees and training fees) they will be no other costs,

January 2026 (end of syndicate term) all owners will receive any prize money and sales proceeds as per percentage,

Noel will make a decision either to continue for another season or to go to the sales, (at the end of syndicate term)

Please be aware should any syndicate member miss more than 2 monthly payments they will forfeit their full share ( unless otherwise agreed with by Noel Wilson at his discretion)

1 badge to the races will be allocated as per percentage,(other Badges my be available please ask)

All horses will run in the Noel Wilson Racing Syndicate colours,

Noel Wilson will have final decision on Jockeys entries, sales etc..

Syndicate members are welcome at the yard to see their horses, but please ring to let us know in advance so we can be there to meet you.

However they will be plenty of arranged syndicate visits and open days. dates and times will be emailed and advertised on the WhatsApp group and our Facebook page,
